Meadow Park School is accessible to all students who live within our local communities. We have no selection process. The school co-ordinate their admission arrangements with the Local Authority and these are administered by the School Admissions Team with Coventry City Council.
The school’s admission number for Year 7 is 180 for September 2025. This is supported by the local authority.
If your child is starting secondary school in September 2025 and you want to apply for a place at Meadow Park School, you should complete the online application form on Coventry City Council’s website by 31 October 2024. The application form can be found here < https://www.coventry.gov.uk/school-admissions/secondary-school-admissions/2 > All offers received after the closing date will not be considered until after the national offer date of 3 March 2025.
If you have recently moved to Coventry or are planning to in the near future, please contact the local authority to find out if we have any place available for your child(ren).

All new students are closely monitored and supported during their first term with us. It is vital they make a great start to their new school.

Appeals Timetable
If you have not been offered a place at Meadow Park School, you have the right of appeal against the decision not to allocate your child a place. Accepting the place, you have been offered does not affect your right of appeal.
Appeals are heard by an independent panel. If you want to appeal for a place at Meadow Park School you should address your letter to Appeals, Meadow Park School, Abbey Road, Coventry, CV3 4BD, or email admin@meadowparkschool.com.
Our appeals deadline is 12 April 2024 with appeals being heard by 18 June 2024

You will receive 10 school days’ notice of the time and date of the appeal hearing.
Any additional documents you wish to submit in support of your appeal must be received by the clerk at least five days before the appeal hearing. Failure to do this may result in your appeal hearing being adjourned.
